weather, until released by order of the Health Officer.

No vessel having to leave the Quarantine Anchorage

from stress of weather shall communicate with the

shore, or with any other vessel, and such vessel shall

return to the Quarantine Anchorage immediately such

stress of weather has subsided: Provided that in case

of stress of weather involving probable actual denger

to the vessel, the vessel may remove for a time, but

shall be deemed neverthless for all purposes to be

subject to all other regulations applicable to such

vessels.

No such vessel shall enter the Harbour limit s

of Victoria before 6.a.m. or after 6.p.m.

4. The Quarantine Anchorage shall be within

the following boundaries, and the master of every

vessel shall remove his vessel to any part of the

OLB Quarantine Anchorage and when required by the Harbour

Master:

"Western Boundary."- A line drawn from the west

side of Stone Cutters' Island to west side of

Green Island (on Admiralty Chart marked as har-

bour boundary).

"Southern Boundary."-That part of a line having

the Naval Coal Sheds at Kaulung bearing R.by S.,

commencing where it meets the eastern boundary,

and terminating where it meets the western

boundary.

"Rastern Boundary."-A south line drawn from a

white mark on south side of Stone Cutters Is-

land until it reaches the southern boundary.
